本周，英超利兹联队官宣新帅格拉西亚，意味着又一“新时代”拉开序幕。正所谓换帅如换刀，如今位列英超倒数第2的“白玫瑰”在解雇美国人马希之后，也的确需要注入新的力量以挽救败局。不过颇为有趣的是，在“下一位下课英超主帅”赔率中，格拉西亚已经有了属于自己的位置――不算太靠前，但也能算“第5热门”。

这听上去有些离谱对不对？但也许眼前的世界本身就有些离谱，毕竟3月还没有到，英超就经历了9次主帅更替。尽管这还不是纪录，但在余下的3个月时间里，可保不齐还会有换帅的故事发生。

关于英超的“炒帅纪录”，有英国媒体统计是单季最多10次，包括上赛季在内，该联赛总共有4个赛季中途出现了先后10位主帅下课的情况，另外3次是2017-18、2013-14以及2008-09。而本赛季远未结束，还有1/3以上的赛程没踢，20支球队的总计炒帅次数则是8――还有1次主帅变动是切尔西挖脚，失去波特的布赖顿被动换帅，所以不算在“炒帅”之列。

然而就算不计波特的跳槽，以今年的形势要追平甚至是打破英超纪录，看上去也不是没有可能。不信往积分榜最下方瞧瞧，一众“老牌球队”不是已经换帅，就是正在换帅炒帅的路上。其中倒数第2的利兹联算是刚找到“新药方”，好不好用还不知道――虽然英媒马上就开吹，表示格拉西亚能为球队带来实用主义和谦逊，但球迷恐怕更容易想起这位西班牙教头在沃特福德的下课。另外格拉西亚的上一份工作是在萨德，但卡塔尔联赛冠军也算不上多大的加分项。

排名垫底的南安普敦本季则已经两度炒帅，先是奥地利人哈森许特尔下课，然后威尔士“救火员”内森・琼斯也没有坚持太久。如今关于该队的传闻很是蹊跷，竟然有消息称刚从利兹下课的马希有可能在南岸上任。但其实该队临时带队的助教塞列斯表现还不错，上周末圣徒1比0小胜切尔西，不仅结束球队联赛3连败，还近11场英超首度实现对对手的零封。如今已经有英媒在吹风，表示圣徒不如把这位哈森许特尔的前助手扶正。

至于下一家将要换帅的英超俱乐部，从赔率来看肯定是西汉姆联。事实上早在上个月，带队成绩糟糕的莫耶斯就一度来到下课的边缘，当时铁锤帮高层选择了继续支持主帅，但目前的情况却是没有改善甚至更糟。在上周末0比2输给热刺之后，西汉姆又连续3轮不胜且排名跌至降级区，输球后队内大将赖斯还对球队的保守战术提出了质疑。

此前有消息声称，前利物浦主帅贝尼特斯可能会接替莫耶斯――如果后者无法在本周末对诺丁汉森林的比赛中取得理想结果。不过据《卫报》消息，西汉姆高层实际上正在“尽力不解雇莫耶斯”，所以才给了后者又一次机会。其中原因有一点是“缺少合适的替代者”，虽然贝尼特斯已经有了绯闻，但这位西班牙教头在经历纽卡斯尔和埃弗顿的失败之后，确实已经被太多怀疑所包围。

参考赔率，莫耶斯之后最容易下课的教头自然就是在切尔西屡战不胜的波特，从理解到觉得无解，英国方面的舆论已经有太多声音不再支持这位前布赖顿主帅，不过包括BBC在内的多家英媒也已爆料：蓝军老板仍视波特为长远计划的一部分，所以换帅一事近期不会发生。

既然老板们还有耐心，那英超的“换帅热潮”会不会就此打住？还真不好说。事实上去年9月中途上任，接替帕克执教伯恩茅斯的加里・奥尼尔最近也很危险。世界杯后“樱桃”一度7负2平各项赛事9连不胜，直到上周末1比0小胜狼队才暂时跳出降级圈得到喘息。

还有一点值得一提的是，在英超之下，第二级的英冠联赛正经历着更疯狂的“换帅赛季”：本周二，女王公园巡游者宣布换帅，是该联赛2022-23赛季的第18次主帅更替。虽然与联赛纪录，2014-15赛季的19次还有一点距离，但也仅仅是一点点而已。

最后，我们再来稍稍细看一下英冠的帅位变动有多夸张。这里总计有24支球队，仅有7家的现任主帅是上赛季最后一轮带队的那一位，其中14支在本季中途换过教练，更有4队换了不止一次，分别是加的夫城、哈德斯菲尔德、威根和女王公园巡游者。下课之人中也包括一些熟悉的面孔，比如去年10月离开米德尔斯堡的前谢菲联主帅克里斯・怀尔德、同期被西布罗姆维奇解聘的前纽卡主帅史蒂夫・布鲁斯。另外前科特迪瓦中卫科洛・图雷的首段执教经历也非常惨淡，他去年11月中途接手威根，签约3年半却在今年1月底就因带队英冠垫底且无一胜绩而遭到解雇。
